Introduction

Herefordshire Cardiac Services are based at The County Hospital in Hereford. The service consists of the following:

Herefordshire Cardiac Services consists of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team which provides an effective and efficient service, and all work tirelessly to improve the health of the people of Herefordshire with heart problems. The service aims to treat patients as individuals and ensure that each patient experiences an integrated and seamless service appropriate to his or her needs.
